I purchased this to replace an old handset. Rather than purchasing a new battery, I was able to purchase an entirely new handset and new battery which works better than I even remember the old product working. All for the cost of a little more than a fresh replacement battery alone. The seller was great and responsive to questions.Thanks Amazon.
We now have 8 of these - the most recent purchase was due to a phone we purchased earlier was found to be not water resistant - they don't work very well after a quick dip in the pool.This is the best 2 line portable phone we've ever had (we've been through quite a few) - reception and range in good, plus they are fairly resilient, but not water proof, which is not to the detriment of the product, it's an operator problem.We've purchased the last 4 from the same vendor, whose service was prompt and price competitive - I would have no hesitation in recommending both the product and the Vendor.
We have about 8 full time folks and the call volume is steady but not overwhelming. This product has fit the bill for almost 3 years. Inexpensive start up equipment that we will be sad to see go some day.
Works great with my existing phone system. Just plug it in, charge it and you're ready to go. Good price too.
I was looking for the AT&T E252 Handset and found out that this will also work for my AT&T E2562 Base Phone. and this was more then a third the price and it works great. Just the color is black and not gray as my main phone
